Handmade Squirrel Chopping Board in European Beech

Yay, a squirrel! That's the reaction every nice person has to squirrels, and that's the reaction of your guests when they see your squirrel chopping board!

Crafted from solid European Beech, this board is ready to spring all over your kitchen, bringing life, joy and mischief wherever it goes. Available with matching stands made from Beech hardwood, these celebrations of squirrels and the trees they live in will bring warmth, love and life to your kitchen.

This chopping & serving board is 2.5cm thick for general use in the kitchen as a chopping board, bread board and serving board, and for outdoor use such as barbeques. Not many chopping boards have a tail and a head, but who wants a boring old rectangular chopping board anyway? You could put your cup of tea on its tail, or a big lump of cheese perhaps. Grapes? The possibilities aren't endless, but they are varied.

We use only the best timber, hand-picked for its performance and appearance, and all of our timber is 100% sustainable. Our dark Oak and bright Beech offer contrasting colour options while both providing a hard and long lasting cutting surface.

It is an entirely natural product, and we don't use any plastics or lacquers. We use premium water-safe food-contact approved adhesive to make these boards entirely food safe, and ensure they last for years in your home.

This board is treated with food safe, Vegan safe Mineral Oil, and finished in Citrus Oil for a deep colour and orange scent.

Our stands are made from Oak with Beech dowels. They assembled easily with a push-fit, and can be tucked away whenever you don't need them.

Care: Wipe with a damp cloth only, and please don't put *any* squirrel in the dishwasher!

PS: Aww look at it's little face.
